“Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” – Ephesians 4:15-16
The North America/Caribbean Region of Child Evangelism Fellowship invites you to the 2024 Regional Conference! We are excited to finally be able to gather together as an entire region in the United States for the very first time! Originally planned for 2021, we hope to see you in-person at the Lake Yale Conference Center in Leesburg, Florida (near Orlando).
The North America/Caribbean Region is made up of CEF staff and volunteers from all across the USA, Canada, and the majority of the Caribbean. Previous regional conferences were held in the Caribbean (the regional conference cruises), and most recently in Canada in 2018.
We will spend time learning from God’s Word and worshipping through music together in main sessions. We will have intentional networking times to meet and develop relationships with people from all over the region. We will have workshops that will provide practical helps for your ministry. We will pray together and hear testimonies of what God is doing all across the region to encourage one another.
There is always Room For More as we grow together!
We look forward to seeing you at the CEF NA/C Regional Conference April 22-26, 2024

Speakers and FAQ

Kenyata Lewis
2024 NA/C Regional Conference Bible Speaker
Kenyata Lewis is the lead pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel Turks and Caicos and serves as the Regional Director for the church planting network Great Commission Collective Caribbean. He is married to Divia and has two children: Nkechi-Rae and Jon-Seyi. He came to know Christ at an Inter-School Christian Fellowship (ISCF) camp while he was in secondary school and for the first time understood the full weight of his sins and the need for a Savior. However, he truly began to be discipled six years later when he started attending a church where the Bible was clearly preached.
Kenyata has served as a local church leader and elder, a regional recruiter for Wycliffe Bible Translators Caribbean, the Administrator and President of the Evangelical Association of St Vincent and the Grenadine and has been a participant at Lausanne 2010 in Cape Town, South Africa.
Kenyata also serves on the national board for CEF of the Turks & Caicos Islands and his mother Vienna Francis is both a graduate of the Children’s Ministries Institute as well as serving on the national board for CEF of St. Vincent & The Grenadines.
Junghwan (Jeremiah) Cho
President, CEF
I have served with Child Evangelism Fellowship® since 1988 in various roles in my home country of South Korea and as a missionary to Sri Lanka. In 2014 I became the regional director for the Middle East. During the eight years in that role, God blessed the work in the region and many new nations were opened for CEF® ministry. My burden continues to be that at least five percent of the children around the world, which is 100 million, are reached with the Gospel. In 2023 God called me to serve as president of CEF. My wife Sarah and I have four grown daughters and one grandson who live in South Korea. Because of our passion to reach the lost boys and girls of the world, Sarah and I were willing to move from Korea to the U.S. We love the CEF family and the ministry.

Beltane Harrigan
NA/C Regional Director
Beltane Harrigan was born on the tiny island of Anguilla in the Caribbean. He accepted Jesus at the age of 11. At the age of 17 in 1972, God called him into the Gospel ministry. He attended Bluewater Bible College in the U.S. Virgin Islands and later transferred to Tennessee Temple University to complete his degree. He returned to St. Croix, USVI where he started The Way of the Cross Baptist Church and pastored it for 37 years before resigning and relocating to the states in August of 2018.
He has been a Christian school principal, written a religious column for a local newspaper in St. Croix, and done revival meetings in the USA, South America, and the Caribbean for over 25 years.
In October of 2018, the Lord led him to become the assistant regional director for the North America/Caribbean region. In December 2019 he became the NA/C regional director. Beltane says, “When I come to die, I just want to be remembered as a servant of God, who carried His heart to people, and in this season of my life, especially, the children.”
